Which devices are compatible with IPTV36K?

Our IPTV36K services are available on all Smart TVs (Samsung, Sony, LG, etc. ), Android devices (STBs, phones), Apple TV, iPhone, etc.

What if I'm using an Android device?

Don’t worry; IPTV36K services are also available on any Android smartphone, with the same high-definition quality as watching on TV.

What should I do if my streams slow, buffer, or freeze?

Typically, such problems develop as a result of a user’s unstable internet connection. We recommend watching using an Ethernet cable rather than WiFi. Restart your device if the lag continues. While you can check to see whether the RAM and ROM on your smartphone are capable of handling the streaming.

The issue is uncommon from our end, and even if it does occur, we at IPTV36K ensure that the connections will be restored as quickly as possible. You may also contact us and submit tickets for your issues so that we can address them as quickly as possible.

Why aren't my channels working?

At IPTV36K, our goal is to provide you with a high-quality service at a moderate cost. So, keep this in mind first and foremost.

Is it true that having many devices affects my data usage?

Yes! When you connect many devices to a single Wifi connection, such as smartphones, tablets, PCs, laptops, and HDTVs, your data use skyrockets. Keep an eye on the devices that are connected to your WiFi and turn them off when they aren’t in use, as most apps and websites continue to eat data even when you aren’t using them.

Why can't I get into my account?

Please first check your internet connection, then restart your router and device, and then try again.

After then, if your internet connection is working properly, check to see whether your account is being used on any other devices. Because IPTV36K only allows you to view from one device at a time.
